Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once this period has passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order might already be in processing.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • After 24 hours, we may not be able to stop the processing or shipment of your order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for items that are:

  • Unused,
  • In their original packaging, and
  • Accompanied by a valid reason for return and prior approval from our team.

Returns Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Wait for our team to review and approve your return request before shipping the item back.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt. Include your order number and shipping name in the return package for faster processing.

Important Notes

  • Condition of Returned Items: We cannot accept used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal use or misuse.
  • Non-Approved Returns: If you return an item without prior approval or outside the 30-day window, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline
